G. Keith (Kehl) Carter - President and CEO

Kehl Carter founded Atlantic HR Solutions in 2004 and is the firm's President and CEO. Kehl spear-headed the software development of the HOS-integrated per diem program with Omnitracs in 2010. Kehl is Atlantic HR Solutions Omnitracs liaison and is actively involved new product development, customer service and driver training programs.

Kehl has a decade of experience consulting to the transportation industry on accountable per diem programs. He was raised in the low-country of South Carolina and brings Southern gentile values to the business world. In 2005 Atlantic HR Solutions became a strategic provider for Fleet Partners, Inc, an Alabama-based transportation industry human resource provider, with over 300 motor carrier clients. Prior to establishing Atlantic HR Solutions, Kehl was V.P. of New Business Development at The Orion Group.

 

Gregory Nichols Vice President of Sales

Greg Nichols joined Atlantic HR Solutions in 2010 and is the firms Vice President of Sales, responsible for new client development and ongoing customer support. Greg brings with him 20+ years of sales and marketing experience in the real estate and insurance fields, during which time he has received numerous awards for excellence in sales and customer service.

 

Chris Nichols - Chief Training Officer

Chris Nichols joined Atlantic HR Solutions in 2012 and is responsible for all driver training. Chris has trained many drivers all over the country, on the correct way to use per diem. His IT skills have been essential in developing a comprehensive driver training and enrollment program.
